Medieval II, Empire & Napoleon Total War Re-released as Definitive Editions. Existing Owners Get a FREE Upgrade!
Creative Assembly announced today that Medieval II Total War, Empire Total War and Napoleon Total War have been re-released on Steam as Definitive Editions. This essentially means they include all DLCs and expansion for these games.
Annoyingly, this also means they’ve renamed these games to follow their new naming convention. Total War: Medieval II Definitive Edition etc. Can’t really complain much since the’ve now given owners of these three games a FREE upgrade to definite editions.
No, there are no improvements made to the game. No bug fixes, gameplay improvements or graphics improvements. It’s just the same game with all the additional paid content included in one package.
If you own any one or all of them, you should be able to see the definitive editions in your Steam library. If you can’t find them, restart Steam. That should fix it.
Well it’s time to reinstall Napoleon Total War and play its expansions. As for Empire… well that one is best left uninstalled.
